Grape Juice
Better than Welch's
Wash grapes. Concord grapes are best.

Put 1 1/2 cups of washed grapes in quart jar. You can crush fruit if you want, but it is not necessary.
Add 1/2 cup sugar.
Fill jar with hot water from the tap--fill jar to top.

Stir to mix sugar.
Have hot lids and rings.
Put in hot water bath and process for 15-20 minutes.

After 1 month juice is ready to drink. You may strain grapes or some individuals also enjoy eating the grapes.
