Professional Wireless accounts have no transfer limits, come with a single Static IP and are best suited for providing Internet related services or running servers (i.e. web, mail, and FTP servers) Professional Wireless Accounts are monitored accounts (we directly monitor the service level and notify the client in the event of any service related issues minimizing service interruptions).

*Professional Accounts have quality of service settings which identify and prioritize their level of service over Standard accounts. Professional Account speeds are service minimums with transfer speeds up to 1.5Mbps send and receive as best available class of service, not guaranteed.
** PROCUSTOM accounts are available via a point to point wireless service by custom quote only as additional charges and/or equipment may be required.
***Standard installation service includes 2 hours of labor. Included in a standard installation are 50' of cable. Extra labor is billed at $50.00/hr. Extra cable for installs that require more than 50' it will be billed at $.50/foot.

Actual transfer rates achieved depend on a number of factors including distance from the access tower, line of site obstructions, internet backbone traffic, and transfer limits imposed by remote sites. Resale of access over any Cloudnet Fixed Wireless connection is not allowed.
