Cloudnet DSL Services

DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) high speed Internet access is available in a number of different bandwidths. DSL is provided over your phone line, and allows simultaneous voice and high speed data transfer.
DSL access is available in a limited area. The maximum range can be a distance of anywhere from 2 to 6 miles from the Cloudnet office, depending on the phone lines in your area or building. Personal DSL:

The Monthly Access fee is for Cloudnet Internet Access. The Monthly Line fee is paid to Qwest (on your monthly phone bill) for DSL capability on your phone line. Qwest offers promotions on installation and hardware, so the Equipment cost varies. Contact Cloudnet for information on current promotions.
Cloudnet onsite installation of your DSL hardware is not necessary, but is available for $100.
Users who upgrade their Megabit DSL service from Qwest will be upgraded to the same level of service from Cloudnet.
Reselling of Internet services over a DSL connection is not allowed.
Personal DSL accounts include a dialup account with up to 10 hours of connection time. Additional dialup connection time is billed at $1.00 per hour.
A second emailbox is included. Each additional emailbox is $2.00 per month.
10 MBs of disk space is included for a website. Extra disk space is available for $1.00 per 10 MBs per month.
Default is dynamic IP allocation. 1 static IP can be set up upon request. Additional static IPs are available for $10 per IP per month.
There is a 5 GB transfer limit on 256K accounts, 10 GB limit on 640K accounts, and 15 GB limit on 960K accounts. Additional transfer is billed at $6.00 per GB. We recommend that users with high transfer needs move up to a Professional DSL account. (Professional DSL accounts have no transfer limitations.)
