Troubleshooting

When trying to connect to JetStream Service, I get the error message, "JetStream cannot connect to the JetStream Service..."

When attempting to connect to the JetStream Service, I receive the error, "Your username and/or password were not accepted by the JetStream Service..."

The login credentials you specified on the "Settings" - "Connection" tab were not valid. You must enter a valid username and password to use the JetStream Service.

When attempting to connect to the JetStream Service, I receive the error, "The JetStream Service could not be started due to an authentication timeout ..."

Please carry out the following steps:

The likely cause of this is that you accidentally deleted a file or resource required by JetStream. Fully uninstall and then re-install JetStream.
