Data Restoration
Cloudnet archives all customer data on a daily basis, both to tape and a dedicated backup server. We can perform three different types of data restoration. There is a minimum 1/2 hour service fee.

- Restoration from Backup Server: Normally can be done within 2-3 days. The restoration occurs from one server to another across our network, it normally takes much less time than restoring from tape.
- Onsite Tape Restoration: For data no more than 2 weeks old. the restoration occurs from onsite DAT tapes, and includes tape seek time to locate the data.
- Offsite Tape Restoration: Restoration from monthly tapes, including transport time from Offsite storage (about 1 hour.)
