Now double click "Make New Connection", rename "My Connection" to "Cloudnet", click "Next", Leave the "Area Code" blank, and type the phone number you want to dial "usually 257-1040", then click "Next", then click "Finish".
Now you will want to "Right" click on the new "Cloudnet" icon and this time left click on "Properties", uncheck "Use Area Code and Country Code" (Area Code and Dialing Properties in Win98) now click on "Server Types", uncheck "Logon to Network", "NetBEUI", and "IPX/SPX". Click "OK", click "OK" again if you are not back to Dialup Networking. Close the Dialup Networking window, and any other open widows, and try to connect again.

No - You may need to access the dialer manually.
