Internet Explorer doesn't open to the Cloudnet Home page

First open your Internet Explorer, now click on "View" and then on "Internet Options", then click on the "Navigation" tab.

Replace what ever is in the "address" line to read - "http://www.cloudnet.com" - Click "Apply", then click "OK",

Now click on the "Home" button in your Internet Explorer window. You should then see the Cloudnet Home Page.

When people try to "reply" to my mail, it gets sent back to them as undeliverable.

Open "Outlook Express", click "Tools", and "Accounts", then on the "Mail" tab, click on your account, then click on the "Properties" button.

Under the "General" tab, delete anything in the "Reply Address" field, and leave the field blank, click "OK" and "Close".

How do I change the name that appears with my e-mail address in the mail that I send.

Open "Outlook Express", click "tools", and "Accounts", then click the "Mail" tab, click on the account name, and click "Properties".

Under the "General" tab, change the name in the "Name" field. Click "Apply", and then "OK", then click "Close".

How do I remove a link from my Favorites list that I am no longer interested in?

Open Internet Explorer, Click "Favorites", then click "Organize Favorites".

Click on the link you want to remove, then click "Delete", and click "Yes", repeat for all other unwanted links.

When finished removing all unwanted links click "Close".
