Is the password for accessing my Cloudnet Email Firewall settings the same as my Cloudnet Account password? No. They are different passwords, but it is acceptable to choose the same password for both. Remember, if you forget your password for the Cloudnet Email Firewall, there is an option on the login page to have a new one emailed to you.
Do I have to use the quarantine feature of the Cloudnet Email Firewall? No. You can have all email delivered to your regular inbox by disabling quarantine in the Quarantine Settings and adjusting the Quarantine Score to 10 in the Spam Settings.
