Cloudnet has various separate modem pools to accomodate all available modems on the market today. The majority of our lines are V90 compatible. For instructions on how to upgrade your modem, visit the Modem Upgrade Help Page. If you have a 33.6kbps or slower modem, you can still use the V90 modem pool. They are digital lines on our end, so you may see higher connect and download speeds on them than you do on the 33.6kbps lines. Please send us any feedback related to upgrading your modem or your results when using the V90 lines. We also have a page explaining how to change the phone number you dial to connect to Cloudnet. Do not dial the area code if you are in the 320 area.
