  St. Francis lived his life as friend and protector of all God's creatures.  He ate with people who were poor and suffering.  He is remembered also for his comforting of animals.

2009 1st Communicants

Fr Marvin Enneking, our Vicar General, handed on the special gift of the Holy Spirit, promised by Christ the Lord and poured out upon the apostles at Pentecost.  This completes their initiation into the Christian life and binds them more closely to the Church. 

We congratulate each of these fine people as they celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation.  It is our hope that they will continue to grow in their faith and be involved in our parish ministries as they become full members of the Church!
