Things are looking especially bad for our heroes. Dilandau Albatou, the effeminate leader of the Dragonslayers has seized Mr. T's van (containing the effeminate swordsman, Allen Schezar and the not-so effeminate Princess Millerna.) Their only hope lies with Van Slanzar de Fanel, the brave young king of Fanelia who, after donning his trusty guymelef, Escaflowne, has now come running to their rescue.
A knock-down, drag-out fight soon ensues between Van and his arch-enemy Dilandau. Unfortunately, things aren't going well for our hero as the Pretty Boy from Hell, using Mr. T's van as a blunt instrument, plants what looks like a mortal blow on the Protector God of Fanelia... Dilandau's high-pitched laughter echoes across the battlefield... For all intents and purposes, it looks as if he has won...
He rushes in for the kill. However, unbeknownst to Dilandau, his recent actions have not gone unnoticed by a certain '80's Action Hero standing nearby...
Minutes later...
Mr. T returns to his companions only to be greeted by a breathless Hitomi...
Man, thinks the T to himself...This girl is jes' FULL of good news... He quickly follows her to the part of the battlefield where Van's battered guymelef now rests.
