The Minnesota Peacemaker Project (MPP) was started in 1999. The program has continued to evolve and grow since then. On this page there are currently only a few pieces of information, but more will be coming soon.

Ben Grosscup, who participated in the 1999 Minnesota Peace maker project, had this to say about the experience.

I was part of the 1999 Minnesota Peacemaker project. What I remember as
the best part of the experience was learning to be a better listener.
It's incredible how in any social setting certain people (often times white males,
like myself) dominate conversations, thereby excluding the voices of others.
I hope that this year's Minnesota Peacmaker Project will take palce in an
environment where this type of community and individual development can grow.
There is so much to learn from all the people around you. All you need is a
safe space for expression and a willingness to share and receive in balance.
Good luck to all who are participating in the Minnesota Peacemaker Project!
