How the Program Works

Employees can contact the Midwest Employee Assistance Program officedirectly. We will identify and transfer the employee directly to our providerclosest to their home or office. At our initial meeting with the employeeor family member, we assess the problem and present alternatives for help.Since problems can occur anytime, our services include a 24-hour toll freehot line for employee use.
