Placing your Order with Specialty Ceramics

1. Choose your product(s).

2. Email us a list; of the items you wish to purchase,

your complete name, address, phone number, and email address,

any color or finish preference for your custom made ceramics and

if your any of your order is a gift the name and address of the recipient,

and don't forget your payment preference.

3.  Upon receipt of your order we will total it up for you.  

We will send you an email confirmation with instructions for the payment of your choice.

4. 3-8 weeks we will send you an email confirming the shipment of your order.

Payment Options for Specialty Ceramics

               1. Payment in full at the time of order.

               2. Half of total order amount at time of order and the remainder due                                          before shipping the product.

               3. Half of total order amount at time of order and the remainder                                                 C.O.D. with product delivery.

       For your convenience and security we offer on-line payments with PayPal.  Or if you wish you may mail us a check or money order.

               Regular Shipping is 5-7 days, depending on your location.

               COD is available for an extra, $10 per box needed.

               Express shipping (all orders) will arrive in 2-3 business days for an additional $20

               All of our products are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and floating in a sea of peanuts to insure your product arrives in                 perfect condition.  If any product does not arrive as expected we will refund your money or replace the product.
