BURNING PERMITS
Burning permits are required for any open burning in Haven Township. Call one of the Fire Wardens to get one, they are free of charge. Burning without a permit could cost a minimum of $255.00.

Haven Township is charged by Sauk Rapids Fire Dept. for each call.  Board policy is to pass this cost on to the property owner.

If your fire gets out of control and you don't have a permit, the bill will come to the owner of the property.

No Garbage or Trash Burning is allowed by County Zoning and DNR Rules.

THAT MEANS NO BURNING BARRELS IF THEY BURN ANYTHING BUT VEGETATIVE MATERIAL
